We collect only what we need to plan and deliver your appointments: your contact details, consultation answers, hair history and the photographs you supply. This information lives in your client record and is used to design and maintain your hair plan.

Your records are stored securely in our client platform, hosted in Australia, and are accessible only to TONE staff. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Marketing reminders are optional and controlled by an opt-in on your client record. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by contacting the studio.
