FAQ
The questions we get asked.
Do I choose my own colour service?
Not as a new client. You book the first appointment, we assess the hair, and then we tell you what it needs. It protects you from booking two hours for work that takes four.
What happens before my first visit?
You complete a pre-consultation covering your colour history, current hair photographs in natural light, the direction you want and how much maintenance realistically fits your life. It supports the in-person consultation rather than replacing it.
Why are some prices shown as a minimum?
Because length, density, regrowth and existing colour change how much product and time the work takes. The minimum is honest, and the final figure is confirmed with you before we begin.
Should I book colour analysis or hair first?
Analysis first, if you are doing both. It changes the hair recommendation, and it is the part that keeps working long after the colour has grown out.
Can you do it in one visit?
Sometimes. Big changes in depth, heavy correction and long histories of box colour often need more than one appointment to do safely. We will say so before you commit, not halfway through.
What is the Colour Plan Check-In?
A short review at the start of every maintenance appointment. How the colour wore, what you liked, what changed in your hair or health, and whether the plan needs adjusting. It takes about two minutes and saves a lot of disappointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits become non-refundable 48 hours before a standard appointment, 72 hours before three to four hour bookings, and five days before appointments of five hours or longer. A no-show is responsible for the full value of the time reserved.
